My career is countless hours of hard work and practice in providing the best solutions.
My adventure with automation began when I worked as an accounting and finance analyst at Capgemini. Being also a student of computer science at the University of Science and Technology, I was uncomfortable with the fact that many of my daily tasks were very repetitive and simple, and still performed manually. I very quickly noticed that they could be streamlined and thus save a lot of time. As a result, after working in the accounting department for a year and building a lot of automations, I joined Command Center. My new tasks included creating more advanced automations for a large project of several hundred people, as well as developing the Command Center web application.
After a successful year and a half at Capgemini, I joined the automation team at GGS IT Consulting to deepen my automation expertise. A job offering the opportunity to work with an external client as a consultant seemed extremely attractive to me. It turned out to be an excellent move! Being a consultant, rather than just a programmer, greatly developed my soft skills and changed my idea of building automation. In addition to the technical side, I also began to understand the business side of the implemented projects.
Almost two years later, I took on the position of Automation Lead and started leading projects from the analysis phase, through implementation, to the final deployment. With over five years of experience, I create reliable and modern solutions that bring real value. In my career, I have built IT systems and handled automation for companies such as ABB, Mercedes-Benz, USP Zdrowie, Agnella and Lindab. Having participated in automation projects in a variety of roles, including as a stakeholder, programmer, analyst, designer and architect, I have gained comprehensive experience that allows me to understand the needs of all parties involved and create solutions that meet them.
